Our process is informed by Agile methodologies and inspired by the same fundamental management principles relied upon by  Google. We start with research, which is essential for any effective project. We are creatives, but our process is goal-oriented, and in order to solve our clients’ problems, we need to understand them. Then we develop documentation, plans that will guide us toward our ultimate goal and help us avoid ambiguity or redundant communication.
